• For successful and safe charging of your battery, please make sure to line up the polarity correctly (+ / -) before trying to insert the battery onto the charger. Some of our chargers are made for more than one battery type. At first glance the battery might look like it is being inserted correctly by just lining up the contacts, but the polarity might be incorrect. If your battery is not clicking into place, or is not charging, odds are the + / - terminals you are trying to match to the battery's contacts are not the correct ones.
