Starting from the second year after the initial activation of the Drone Show Software license, you may prolong Update period if you wish to:

Have access to Drone Show Software Support during the working hours of Mo-Fri 09:00-18:00 (UTC+02:00)
The Annual Drone Show Software Support Pack and License must be purchased each subsequent year, starting from the second year.
If you choose not to renew the Annual Drone Show Software Support Pack, your installed DSS will remain fully functional, but you will not receive further support or have the option to update to a newer version.
Annual Drone Show Software license is not included in the Drone Show Software Support Pack.
Annual Drone Show Software license should be purchased separately, please ask your sales manager.
Kindly review the annual packages ahead of time to ensure that the total number of drones is covered by your license. Failure to extend the license will result in the connected drone quantity being reduced to 20, which is a perpetual license.
Annual Drone Show Software License and Support Pack enables you to utilize the purchased quantity of connected drones for a specific period.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
